By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

Onuka Grace retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
If your order is accepted we will inform you by email.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

 

Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

 

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Discounts and promotional codes


From time to time, we may offer discount codes which may apply to any, or certain specified products or purchases made through onukagrace.com. Each promotional code or discount will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the discount code is issued, in addition to the below Terms of Use:

  • only one promo code can be used against an order at any one time;

  • a discount code cannot be applied to an order after that order has been placed, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service team;

  • certain collection or product category exclusions may apply. We will let you know if you can not use your promotional code on anything before you complete your purchase;

  • promotional codes cannot be applied to any sale or outlet items, unless otherwise stated;

  • if the promotional code code has expired, you will not be able use it;

  • we are afraid we cannot accept any responsibility once we have given you a promotional code and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if the promotional code gets lost and/or gets used by someone else, as this will result in the discount code being invalidated;

  • if a promotional code offered on onukagrace.com cannot run properly because of tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control, which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promotional code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the discount code.

  • promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for Onuka Grace products sold anywhere else. If you receive a discount code, it can only be used by you on your own account on onukagrace.com for the purpose for which it was issued;

  • we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

 

Customs & Duties 

You (the customer) is liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. Onuka Grace will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.

 

Colour, Shade & Size 

Onuka Grace reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

 

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy tells you how we will use your personal information and details of this can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

All items displayed on the Onuka Grace website are the copyright of Bangle Up Paris. The designs are owned by Bangle Up Paris and direct plagiarism will result in legal action.

 

Changes to the Website

Onuka Grace reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any page of this Website.

 

Returns Policy  

If you are not 100% happy with an item, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging.

 

Upon the receipt of your return we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request.

Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please also note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

To return an item please follow the below steps:

  • please send us the mail : onuka.grace@outlook.com

  • safely package the item

  • send it to us using ‘signed for’ or ‘recorded’ delivery service

Onuka Grace will process any refunds in UK Pounds Sterling and will not take any responsibility for the change in the currency rates occurred between time of purchase and return.

We strongly advise all customers to return any items to us by ‘signed for’ delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not arriving with us. Please ensure you include your contact details and order number.

Please be aware we can only offer refunds and exchanges on items purchased through our own website. If you have purchased products through one of our stockists or third party platforms, you will need to return the items to where you have purchased them from. Our stockists and third party platforms may have returns & exchange policy different to us.

Delivery:

  • All orders, including International, are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service. Please ensure someone is at your address to sign for the order.

  • We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.

  • During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Xmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed below. 

  • We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 4pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

Delivery Costs:

  •  Free UK delivery on all orders £45 GBP or more.

  •  EU Deliveries: Royal Mail International Signed For – £8

  •  Europe Non EU: Royal Mail International Signed For – £10
